Brian Peabody
President
Mr. Peabody has over twenty years of financial
institution advisory experience and information technology experience. He
has developed software applications for retail banking, staff management,
customer service enhancement, and construction lending portfolio management, in
addition to general computer network administration and consulting for clients
and former employers. He began his career working with consumer
electronics, and has remained connected to that industry as a personal interest
ever since.

similar applications development for subsequent employers. Lead
application developer for Windows applications for Prime Consulting Group.
- Enhanced customer service for over 200
institutions on three continents, ranging from 4-branch community banks to
super-regional and money-center banks, Work with one North
Carolina-based bank resulted in saving of over $2 million/year while
providing demonstrable improvements in customer retention.
- Published bylines in PC Magazine, Word Perfect
Magazine, PC Week and other trade publications with articles on
technology, office productivity applications, and building a
customer-centric service culture.
- Improved network reliability to 99.99% while
implementing Web, Internet email and Virtual Private Network connectivity,
consolidating multiple servers, and reducing support costs by over 90%.
- Developed and administered training program for
bank customer service enhancements, including staff management software,

Finance and Management, awarded 1983.
BSBA - University of Dayton (Dayton, OH), cum laude;
combined a minor in computer science with a Marketing degree to build an
